The Plan?
We offer a faithful, mental and disciplined approach to weight loss. If you desire to lose 10 pounds or 110 pounds we will help you meet your goal. We will teach you what to eat, how to eat and when to eat. Bariatric patients are welcomed. We offer special programs for individuals who have received Bariatric Surgery.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You can expect to lose 15 to 20 pounds in the first 4-6 weeks and continue to progressively lose weight while eating some of the foods you really like until you have reached your goal. Finally you can expect to maintain your weight loss through our optional maintenance program.
Some people only want to lose 10-20 pounds while others want to lose 50 to 100 pounds. We will not judge our clients, and we will be honest with you. Our goal is to help you meet your goal and teach you how to eat healthy.
Negate the weight participates in a golf tournament and job fair with Institute for Workforce Development with the purpose of raising funds and providing jobs for homeless and unemployed residents of the DC Metro area.
